Ralph, being the avid traveler, discovered photography while on the road. He quickly developed an affinity for capturing the special moments that he would witness while adventuring, both in the wilderness and amongst other people. He is a dedicated user of mirrorless systems and he finds their lightweight, portability, and image quality to be very beneficial to his lifestyle. Check out his portfolio for a preview of his work.

While studying Humanities in college, Ralph developed strong writing and critical thinking skills. He nurtured the skill by maintaining a blog aimed at providing fellow travelers with tips and advice on how to be better travelers themselves.

In 2017, Ralph began working full-time for The Broke Backpacker and has since improved his SEO knowledge greatly. He is now very proficient at writing for online publications and is able to create work that is both interesting and recognizable. You can view samples of his work on his writing page.

Ralph’s work goes beyond content creation. Since joining The Broke Backpacker, Ralph has helped lead and craft adventure tours in Pakistan and the Karakorum, which is no easy task. He must be attent, proactive, creative, adept, and, most of all, flexible. Regardless of any hurtles though, Ralph enjoys greatly leading fellow travelers and guiding them to even greater adventures.
